※This is a Japanese translation of the press release distributed by the German headquarters at EuroCucina in Milan (April 21-26, 2026) on April 21, 2026.
"Designed to Move with You" redefines the kitchen as a responsive and connected living space harmonized with the rhythm of daily life.
Miele unveils the concept at EuroCucina and the Miele Experience Center in Milan.
Latest product innovations, such as the KM 8000 induction hob (compatible with M Sense cookware), CulinaryCoach, and steam drawer, apply this concept to real life.
The kitchen design study for compact spaces, "Miele Compact Living: Kitchen Unit powered by Hettich," premieres at the Miele Experience Center in Milan.
Gütersloh/Milan, April 21, 2026 – The kitchen is no longer a fixed place. It adapts, reacts, and learns.
Under the concept "Designed to Move with You," Miele presents a vision of a kitchen shaped by changing daily lifestyles, limited spaces, and intuitive technologies—a kitchen that moves with and stays close to the user. This concept can be experienced at Milan Design Week 2026, at EuroCucina and the newly renovated Miele Experience Center in Milan's Brera Design District.
At EuroCucina, Miele invites visitors into an immersive space to experience the "Designed to Move with You" philosophy. The Miele booth goes beyond traditional product displays, designed as a place to experience the space itself. Through an open and seamlessly connected spatial configuration, it shows how the kitchen naturally blends into daily life as part of an intuitive and dynamic ecosystem. Minimalist architectural design, precisely orchestrated lighting, and large digital surfaces create a worldview where physical and digital merge. Rather than being displayed in isolation, appliances integrated into lifestyle scenes realistically convey the fusion of design and functionality.
Following their announcement late last year, the KM 8000 series induction hobs and the corresponding M Sense cookware will be introduced to the market starting this month. At EuroCucina, Miele introduces a new dimension of cooking. Intelligent cookware with built-in sensors automatically controls the heat, preventing burning and boiling over. Cooking becomes more precise, requiring minimal manual operation.
Miele is introducing a new AI-powered assistant, "CulinaryCoach," within the Miele app. This assistant provides personalized suggestions, answers cooking-related questions, and directly applies optimal settings to corresponding appliances. CulinaryCoach guides users in real-time, considering preferences, cooking experience levels, and daily life rhythms. As a result, cooking evolves into a more intuitive, flexible, and personal experience. The kitchen transforms into a system that continuously thinks, learns, and evolves.
To meet health-conscious, diverse cooking needs and the demand for compact living spaces in urban areas, Miele's new steam drawer combines professional-level steam cooking with a compact, ergonomic design. Combined with a 45cm-high oven with microwave functionality, it achieves a 3-in-1 solution combining baking, heating, and steam cooking in a 60cm-high kitchen space for the first time. Scheduled for release in March 2027.
Miele's EuroCucina experience also demonstrates how ventilation becomes part of the architectural concept. Miele's latest hob-integrated ventilation systems are newly available in a compact 60cm width, including a matte black finish. Furthermore, a new glass panel hood is incorporated almost invisibly into the cabinet, appearing only when needed to protect surrounding furniture from cooking steam. These solutions achieve both high ventilation performance and greater freedom in kitchen design.
