The cinema lobby is a special space where anticipation for the upcoming film heightens. MDT has undertaken this installation to evolve this extraordinary space from "flat (2D) digital signage" into "stereoscopic (3D) entertainment devices."
Our glasses-free 3D displays, which allow everyone present to simultaneously experience stereoscopic images without the need for special 3D glasses or VR goggles, upgrade the waiting time at the theater from mere waiting to an "experience of surprise and emotion."
Currently, 2D video content is being broadcast, stereoscopically converted by MDT's 3D conversion AI on a trial basis. Going forward, we will progressively broadcast content with even greater stereoscopic depth created using CG.
