Bell Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter "the Fund"), managed by Bell Investments Co., Ltd. and primarily investing in Japanese listed equities, has conducted its first capital subscription in approximately one year, with the subscription period ending in June 2026.

Since the suspension of capital subscriptions last year, the Fund has continued to receive strong interest. This limited, one-time reopening was conducted in response to sustained investor demand and expectations.

The subscription received more interest than anticipated, making it impossible to fully accommodate all applicants. The high level of interest relative to the limited capacity reaffirmed the trust the Fund has built and highlighted its exclusivity.

The subscription period has now concluded, and the Fund has once again suspended acceptance of new investments. As of now, Bell Investment Limited Partnership is not accepting new capital subscriptions.
