Proflex Co., Ltd. Collaborates on DLC Piping Model Construction for "Data Center Trial Field," a Next-Generation Cooling Technology Verification Facility for Data Centers

Hose assembly exhibited at Data Center Trial Field Proflex Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture / Representative Director and President: Tetsu Hirayama) has sponsored the newly constructed DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) piping model at the "Data Center Trial Field," an open innovation verification facility for next-generation cooling technology in data centers. ## Facility Overview "Data Center Trial Field" is a verification facility for next-generation cooling technology established by NTT DATA Corporation and Hibiya Engineering Co., Ltd., with the aim of expanding the community, promoting collaboration, and solving problems in the data center domain. ## Details of Sponsorship As a supporting manufacturer, our company has sponsored the newly constructed DLC piping model at this "Data Center Trial Field," implementing a water-cooled hose assembly developed in collaboration with Stäubli Co., Ltd., Consus Co., Ltd., and our own Proflex. This assembly combines piping components provided by Stäubli and Consus with Parker Hannifin water-cooled hoses, and 1-inch and 2-inch hose assemblies are on display. Water-cooled hose assemblies connectable to Georg Fischer Co., Ltd.'s resin quick-connect valve 700 for liquid cooling are also available. In addition to allowing visitors to experience the flexibility and workability of liquid cooling piping in data centers firsthand, we also introduce our one-stop service, from hose selection to assembly production.
