Proud Engine to Introduce "AI/DX Self-Study Support System" from July 1

Proud Engine Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shingo Kawaura) will introduce the "AI/DX Self-Study Support System" on July 1, 2026, to support employees' proactive learning and practice in the AI and DX fields.

Background and Objectives of the System

The advancement of AI and DX is significantly changing the environment surrounding the advertising agency business, which is Proud Engine's core business. Automation of operations and optimization of ad placements by systems are progressing, and the creation of copy and creative content using generative AI is becoming commonplace.

This movement necessitates a major shift in the traditional advertising agency business model and can be a business risk for Proud Engine. However, it can also be seen as a significant opportunity to create new value without being bound by existing frameworks.

With this in mind, Proud Engine is introducing the "AI/DX Self-Study Support System." Through this system, we aim to alleviate the cost hurdles associated with AI/DX utilization and promote the creation of new application ideas based on employees' free thinking. This will accelerate business transformation within the company, allowing us to leverage our agility and spirit of challenge as a venture company to provide further value to our customers.

System Overview

Under this system, Proud Engine will cover the costs of AI/DX-related services used by employees, as well as expenses related to self-study. All employees are eligible, with subsidies of up to ¥50,000 per month depending on their position.

The system aims to achieve the following three steps:

Step 1 is to create an environment where employees can easily engage with AI and DX. Many AI services offer features only in paid or higher-tier models. By reducing cost constraints, we provide opportunities for employees to try out the latest technologies themselves, deepen their understanding, and enhance their perception of AI.

Step 2 is to create opportunities for each employee to consider how to apply AI/DX to their work. We will increase opportunities for sharing use cases and model examples, primarily among management and executives, to promote practical application within the company.

Step 3 is to revitalize internal communication on the theme of AI/DX. We aim to foster an organization where employees can autonomously share information and application ideas related to AI/DX.

The operation of this system will be handled by a dedicated AI department established in April 2026. While considering how to integrate the data we possess with AI, we will ensure safe and appropriate usage methods and promote company-wide AI/DX utilization.
