In recent years, with the progress of digital transformation (DX) and the increasing scale and complexity of system development, project managers (PMs) are required not only to manage progress but also to make decisions and manage risks across multiple stakeholders. However, many conventional project management tools are specialized for "task-based schedule management," which is often insufficient for the bird's-eye situational awareness and rapid decision-making as a "master schedule" that PMs demand.

Through customer interviews, the company found that while many sites manage progress via WBS or tickets, they often separately create and update master schedules in PowerPoint or Excel for management reports and meetings. The overall visibility of the Gantt chart has been improved, and the design has been renewed to allow operations to be completed on the Gantt chart screen, from grasping names, progress percentages, and assignees to performing actions.

You can flexibly switch from a bird's-eye view by phase to a detailed view including deliverables and tasks, allowing you to intuitively understand the status of the entire project. This also contributes to reducing the confirmation and update man-hours for PMs and PMOs by decreasing the need to toggle between screens.
