Announcement of the Launch of Fukuvi Chemical Industry x Toshin Corporation Collaboration Brand "Easegreen" and Release of First Product "Palanta"

Fukuvi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Fukuvi) and Toshin Corporation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Toshin) have jointly developed a collaboration brand "Easegreen" and will launch "Palanta," an all-in-one furniture with a planter, as Easegreen's first product on July 1, 2026.

Brand Concept: Plug & Play Well-being. Install your well-being.

Easegreen is a brand that transforms everyday life into a well-being space through the "connections between people" created by outdoor furniture and the "healing" provided by greenery. The brand name "Ease" embodies two meanings: "Easy" installation and "Ease" of mind and body. In an era where mental and physical richness is valued more than economic affluence, we aim to install intuitively "comfortable" spaces in urban gaps, without complex theories.

First Product: "Palanta," Furniture Like a Companion

"Palanta," to be released as the brand's first product, is an all-in-one furniture that integrates a bench, counter, planter, and lush greenery.

All-in-One Design: Furniture, planter, and planting are included as a set, allowing you to skip complex selection processes during installation. This single unit completes a well-being space.

Place and Play, Move Freely: No major construction is required, allowing you to easily update your space with your own hands. What was once just a passageway or dead space can become a hub for conversation and rest. It is also recommended for space renewal.

Connect and Expand Like a Line: By placing multiple units side-by-side, you can create a space like a "green path." It creates a gentle partition while fostering a place where people gather and conversations naturally arise.

Product Lineup and Customization

Furniture types can be selected from three variations to suit your usage scene.

Palanta counter: For PC work or standing coffee breaks.

Palanta back: With a backrest, for deep relaxation surrounded by greenery.

Palanta flat: A spacious bench with a wide depth for relaxed seating.

Planting can be selected from three types: tall (left), medium (center), and low (right).

Furthermore, you can complete the optimal Palanta for your space by freely combining planter colors (3 colors), furniture colors (2 colors), and planting volume (3 types) in "3 steps."

Development Background: Realizing Initiatives Since 2025

Fukuvi and Toshin declared their "Initiatives to Create a Well-being Future" in April 2025. Based on the medical knowledge that urban greenery stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and provides relaxation effects (*), the two companies combined their professional technologies (Fukuvi's furniture that promotes social connection and Toshin's planters that nurture greenery) to create "Easegreen." Moving forward, starting with "Palanta," they plan to sequentially roll out well-being products that connect people, towns, and greenery.

By sowing the seeds of "comfort" in familiar landscapes, we will expand places where hearts can relax and natural conversations can arise amidst a busy daily life. We will transform spaces that were unconsciously passed by into cherished, special seats that everyone can feel attached to.
