FIT-EASY Across Plaza Miyoshi is a new type of fitness club that offers services included in the monthly membership fee, such as training machines, simulation golf, saunas (large sauna for men/private sauna for women), a virtual studio for in-person lessons, high-concentration oxygen rooms for post-workout recovery and refreshment, self-esthetic services (women only), pelvic floor muscle training machines, Beat Slimmer, a lounge, and a co-working space.

This is our 5th store in Saitama Prefecture and our first in Miyoshi-machi, Iruma-gun. It has opened within the "Across Plaza Miyoshi" shopping mall.
It is approximately a 35-minute drive from our other locations in the prefecture, such as "FIT-EASY Nishi-Urawa" and "FIT-EASY Kawagoe Matoba," which is scheduled to have its grand opening on May 12.
Since FIT-EASY allows members to use any location nationwide 31 days after enrollment, please feel free to use our facilities while commuting, on business trips, or while traveling.
