This new product is an original item, available only in Japan, featuring a thick-cut sirloin luxuriously prepared as a beef cutlet. The original beef cutlet, which allows you to enjoy the natural tenderness and juicy flavor of the beef with a crispy coating, offers a satisfying volume of 115g! To allow for a refreshing enjoyment of the juicy beef cutlet, we have combined it with "Oni-oroshi Daikon" (grated daikon radish with a coarse texture) that offers a pleasant texture, and crisp cabbage. For a Japanese taste, we've added flavorful whole soy sauce and stem wasabi, which offers a refreshing spiciness, and garnished with fragrant perilla leaves. Please enjoy the harmony with the flavorful and luxurious beef cutlet.

The "Sirloin Katsu Burger," crafted with attention to every ingredient, is the 7th installment in our premium burger series. It will be sold exclusively at 18 stores in locations such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, and we hope that foreign tourists visiting Japan will also enjoy it.
