'Torimaru Shokudo x Tanita Cafe', which advocates the concept of "Let's eat 175g of vegetables = half a day's worth of vegetables," opened its first store in 2022 and is now celebrating its fifth year since the brand's inception. Currently, it operates 12 stores nationwide, including FC stores, primarily in shopping malls. We want to provide meals that allow people who tend to be nutritionally deficient to easily consume vegetables and feel fully satisfied. 'Torimaru Shokudo x Tanita Cafe' was born from this desire. While maintaining the deliciousness of the existing brand's fried chicken-focused specialty chicken restaurant 'Torimaru Shokudo', we have realized healthy menus that allow customers to consume more than half of the daily vegetable intake recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. We use carefully selected ingredients to provide meals that you can enjoy with peace of mind.

For the collaboration set meal, you can choose two popular DELI items from "Tanita Cafe" to accompany a salad made with seven types of vegetables. This allows you to consume half a day's worth of vegetables.

You can choose one of the four original chicken dishes, which are the Company's strength (fried chicken, chicken nanban, toriten, chicken steak).

In particular, the fried chicken is marinated for a long time in a special vegetable broth, allowing the flavor to soak in thoroughly, and is finished to pair well with the sweetness of the accompanying vegetables. It is a healthy and highly satisfying set meal.

●Specialty Eggs

For the ultimate egg over rice set meal and ultimate oyakodon, we use eggs from chickens raised with particular care. At contract farms, in addition to specially formulated feed, chickens are generously fed paprika, fish meal from natural sardines, and corn, resulting in approximately 30 times more vitamin E than ordinary eggs. The yolks are a reddish, vibrant orange color with a rich, deep flavor.
