Under the concept of 'Let's eat 1/2 day's worth of vegetables = 175g of vegetables', 'Tori Maru Shokudo x Tanita Cafe' opened its first store in 2022 and is entering its 5th year since the brand's birth. Currently, we operate 10 stores nationwide, including franchise stores, mainly in shopping malls. We want to provide meals where even those prone to nutritional deficiencies can easily eat vegetables and feel fully satisfied. 'Tori Maru Shokudo x Tanita Cafe' was born from this desire. While maintaining the deliciousness of our existing brand, the chicken specialty restaurant 'Tori Maru Shokudo' centered on fried chicken, we have realized a healthy menu where you can consume more than half of the daily target vegetable intake recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. We use carefully selected ingredients to provide meals you can enjoy with peace of mind.

Miso soup made with 'Tanita Shokudo's low-sodium miso' and vegetable-based Japanese broth based on Tanita Cafe's original recipe, and you can choose rice from Niigata Prefecture rice or sixteen-grain rice.

Feature 3: 4 Selectable Chicken Dishes
You can choose one dish from our company's strength, 4 original chicken dishes (Fried Chicken, Chicken Nanban, Chicken Tempura, Chicken Steak).
In particular, the fried chicken is deeply flavored by marinating it in a special vegetable broth for a long time, finishing it perfectly to match the sweetness of the side vegetables. It is a healthy and highly satisfying set meal.

Specialty Eggs
For the Ultimate Egg over Rice Set and the Ultimate Oyakodon, we use eggs with specific rearing methods. At contracted farms, in addition to specially blended feed, they are fed plenty of fish meal such as paprika and natural sardines, and corn. As a result, they contain about 30 times more Vitamin E than normal eggs, and the yolk has a vibrant orange color with a reddish tinge and a rich, deep flavor.
