Announcement of Executive Appointments and Business Responsibilities within the VE Group

Directors were appointed at shareholder meetings held on June 17 and 18, 2026, for each company within our group.

Furthermore, at board meetings held after the shareholder meetings, representative directors were elected, and the business responsibilities of directors were decided as follows:

1) Victor Entertainment Co., Ltd. (effective June 18, 2026)

※ Auditor (Yuji Hayashi) remains unchanged (not up for re-election)

2) Flying Dog Inc. (effective June 17, 2026)

※ Shiro Sasaki has stepped down as Representative Director and President, and has been reappointed as Director

※ Auditor (Kohei Isoda) remains unchanged (not up for re-election)

3) Victor Music Arts Co., Ltd. (effective June 17, 2026)

※ Takashi Hosana has resigned from the position of Director

※ Auditor (Kohei Isoda) remains unchanged (not up for re-election)
