Our hotel is committed to 100% homemade sweets, using seasonal fruits and pursuing a sense of the season from ingredient selection to visual presentation.

The star of this season is the juicy, in-season peach. We offer a variety of sweets made with plenty of fresh peach pulp, where a refreshing sweetness and aroma spread with every bite. A recommended highlight is the 'Peach Meringue Chantilly,' which shines brilliantly on the pink-themed tea stand. Its gorgeous appearance is enhanced by the peach compote in the center, glistening like a pearl. This exquisite dish offers a perfect marriage of meringue, smooth mascarpone cream, and peaches. Furthermore, the tart and pie are shaped like peaches, emphasizing a world entirely dedicated to peaches in their presentation.
