Against the backdrop of labor shortages, changing work styles, and the rapid spread of generative AI, the importance of digital skills that lead to improved productivity and operational efficiency in companies is increasing.

In FY2026, in addition to generative AI utilization and Excel operational efficiency improvements, we will offer a total of 9 courses that can be utilized in practical work, including business automation using Power Automate, big data analysis, and dashboard construction. We will accelerate the development of digital human resources in Niigata Prefecture by supporting DX promotion in companies within the prefecture and reskilling of workers.

In recent years, with the decrease in the working population due to the declining birthrate and aging population and chronic labor shortages, operational efficiency and productivity improvement have become important management issues for many companies. Especially for local companies, the utilization of digital technology is more necessary than ever to continue and grow their businesses with limited human resources.

On the other hand, many companies feel the need for DX (Digital Transformation) promotion but face challenges such as "not knowing where to start" and "lack of digital human resources."
