Pioneer Launches Four New Dual-Camera Dashcams with High-Quality Night Recording

Pioneer will launch four new Carrozzeria dual-camera dashcams in June: one hanging-type model, the VREC-DH610D, and three integrated models, the VREC-DZ810DⅡ, VREC-DZ410DⅡ, and VREC-DZ210DⅡ. All models will be offered at open pricing. The hanging-type VREC-DH610D features a 3.7-megapixel WQHD front camera and an approximately 2-megapixel high-sensitivity Full HD rear camera, enabling clear recording of details such as license plates and surrounding conditions. Both front and rear cameras use Sony CMOS sensors with STARVIS2 technology and support the high-sensitivity “Night Site” recording function, allowing reliable recording during nighttime driving and in dark parking areas. The model includes a parking monitoring function as standard and comes with a parking monitoring power cable. It supports timer settings for recording duration and voltage cut-off settings to help prevent battery drain. A large 3.0-inch LCD monitor makes video checking and operation easy, while the mounting bracket and L-shaped power terminal help reduce exposed wiring for a cleaner installation. For the integrated models, the VREC-DZ810DⅡ supports 4K recording on the front camera with approximately 8.3 megapixels, clearly capturing license plates, sign text, and surrounding scenes. Its rear camera, as well as the front and rear cameras on the VREC-DZ410DⅡ and VREC-DZ210DⅡ, support approximately 2-megapixel high-sensitivity Full HD recording. The VREC-DZ810DⅡ and VREC-DZ410DⅡ support “Ultra Night Site,” which combines Sony CMOS sensors with STARVIS technology and Pioneer’s AI-ISP image processing technology to record vivid, high-contrast footage at night or in dark parking lots. The rear cameras support the “Night Site” high-sensitivity recording function. The integrated models use a compact body that mounts directly to the windshield, with L-shaped terminals for both the power cable and rear-camera cable. This helps secure a wide field of view while reducing exposed wiring. The VREC-DZ810DⅡ and VREC-DZ410DⅡ include a 3.0-inch LCD monitor for easy video and menu viewing, with a translucent information display area to improve visibility. Their operation buttons are placed on the underside of the body, making them easier to use even when installed behind the rearview mirror. Other features include independent exposure correction for front and rear cameras, HDR/WDR correction, multiple recording modes, SD card format-free functionality and format warning, and a three-year manufacturer warranty. For parking monitoring, the VREC-DH610D can monitor for up to 24 hours using the included power cable. The VREC-DZ810DⅡ and VREC-DZ410DⅡ can monitor for up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year when paired with the optional RD-DR002 parking monitoring unit, while the VREC-DZ210DⅡ can monitor for up to 12 hours with the optional RD-DR001 unit.
