The theme is 'The Next Move for Consultants: Mastering Professional Excellence or Becoming an Entrepreneur?'. This event will deeply explore the career paths of consultants from the perspective of 'venture creation'.

The seminar will feature Shuhei Morito, founder of SMS and currently Group CEO of REAPRA, who has been actively mentoring and investing in numerous entrepreneurs. We will discuss how the skills cultivated as a consultant can be leveraged to create value for society. Focusing on the choice of 'entrepreneurship and venture creation', we will explore the dilemmas consultants face when starting a business, moments when past successes become obstacles, and how to overcome them.

## Speaker Profiles

Guest: Shuhei Morito (Group CEO of REAPRA / Founder of SMS)

Born in 1977. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kyushu University. As founder and president of SMS, he led the company to a listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section and expanded its operations across Asia before stepping down. In 2014, he founded REAPRA in Singapore, supporting the creation of industries that solve social issues across Asia. In 2015, he co-founded the Katsuku Foundation, a public interest foundation aiming to empower individuals to live vibrant lives through education and contribute to society's healthy development. In 2021, he established the Unsun Foundation as its representative director, exploring ways to build a society that benefits nine generations ahead.

Moderator: Yohei Ariyoshi (CEO of HiTalent Inc. / Former Roland Berger)

Joined Roland Berger, Europe's largest strategy consulting firm, and worked on strategic consulting for clients across diverse industries including manufacturing, trading companies, finance, and consumer goods. After going independent, he worked as a freelance consultant, providing strategic planning, organizational restructuring, operational improvement, and system implementation services, primarily for IT and service-sector companies. In January 2020, he founded HiTalent Inc. to expand individual choices and possibilities, and assumed the role of CEO.

Facilitator: Go Magai (Director at HiTalent Inc. / Founder of Workstyle Lab)

After working at Gold Crest and Toyota Technical Development, he studied for an MBA in the UK. He then worked at Genex Partners, a consulting firm specializing in strategy formulation and execution support, before going independent. He founded Workstyle Lab Inc. and served as CEO, launching and operating the 'Consult Search' service, which matches independent consultants with companies facing challenges, and 'Consulting Industry News'. In August 2018, he transferred shares to Dream Incubator and stepped down in 2019. In July 2024, he joined HiTalent Inc.
