Nichias Revises Starting Salaries for New Graduates in FY2026, Raising Monthly Pay for Doctorate Holders to 355,300 JPY

Nichias Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Katsumi Kametsu; hereinafter "the Company") has decided to revise the starting salaries for new employees joining in April 2026, with the aim of securing and developing highly specialized human resources in the manufacturing industry.

Under this revision, the starting monthly salary for those who have completed a doctoral program will be raised to 355,300 JPY, an increase of 63,300 JPY compared to the previous year. As the strengthening of research and development capabilities is increasingly demanded, this revision will refresh the compensation system to allow young professionals with high expertise to demonstrate their abilities from the early stages of their careers.
