Even amidst significant changes in the business environment, including advancements in AI, our company will continue to provide reliable value that transcends time, while inheriting the value cultivated through Toyota's monozukuri.
Our strengths, measurement and intellectual property, are both crucial areas that support monozukuri. By leveraging these strengths, we will create new value by enabling each employee, regardless of their role, to demonstrate their abilities and combine their diverse perspectives.
Through these initiatives, we will pioneer new areas of value creation, starting from monozukuri, and contribute to solving societal challenges.
Message from Former President and CEO, Yoshiyuki Kagawa
Yoshiyuki Kagawa, Former President and CEO
I sincerely thank you for your exceptional support during my tenure.
Our company has so far operated as a company supporting monozukuri, with measurement and intellectual property at its core. The stance of aiming to be "a small yet powerful entity, like a tugboat towing a large ship," which I set forth at the beginning of my term, is certainly alive in our company today.
Although we are still on our journey, I feel a solid sense of accomplishment and future potential in our progress. I am convinced that the value of our company, with its strengths in people and technology, will become increasingly important even in this era of rapid change.
I look forward to our company achieving further development by further demonstrating the strengths we have cultivated under the new management structure.
I kindly ask for your continued unwavering support.
