(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Norihiko Ishihara; TSE Growth: 3905; hereinafter "the Company") announced on May 7, 2026, in its "Notice Regarding Acquisition of Fixed Assets (GPU Servers Equipped with NVIDIA B300)" that it has acquired a complete set of 635 GPU servers (totaling 5,080 GPUs) equipped with NVIDIA's latest architecture, "NVIDIA B300," from Compal Electronics, Inc. (Headquarters: Taipei City, Taiwan; Representative: Chairman, Jui-Tsung Chen; TWSE: 2324; hereinafter "Compal"), a world-leading electronics manufacturer based in Taiwan, and will strengthen its collaboration with Compal.

The total investment for this project is approximately 325 million US dollars (approximately 51,631 million yen), which will serve as the core infrastructure for the Company's next-generation AI data center project, realizing overwhelming computing power to meet the needs of the world's largest cloud service providers.

Compal, headquartered in Taiwan, is one of the world's largest ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) companies and a global "Tier 1" partner supporting NVIDIA's latest AI infrastructure.

Stable Procurement of Hard-to-Get Latest GPUs

It has become possible to preferentially and stably procure NVIDIA's latest architecture "B300," which is experiencing explosive global demand and is difficult to secure, through Compal's powerful supply chain.

This minimizes the risk of delivery delays and ensures the early operation of the AI data center.
