Departures Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) opened the funeral hall "Okuribito Funeral Hokuto Store" in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, marking its 10th store in the city.

To commemorate this, we will hold an open event for local residents on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

At this event, we will publicly demonstrate the "encoffinment ceremony," which is rarely seen in daily life. In addition, we have prepared programs such as venue tours, pre-funeral consultations, and coffin experiences to help you feel more familiar with funerals.

Considering this background, our company is holding this event as a place where local residents can casually "see, learn, and consult" about funerals.
