Techno Systems Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture / President and CEO: Sumiharu Ishii, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has developed "Jisseki Hanchou X (Ex)", a new cloud-based product that makes it easy to start on-site digitization, by consolidating the know-how of "Jisseki Hanchou", a manufacturing execution system (MES) with a track record of over 100 implementations.

In conjunction with this, we will begin offering a beta version from July 1, 2026, in anticipation of the official service launch in December 2026. We are recruiting a limited number of companies for "free monitors" who will experience the system in their actual manufacturing sites and cooperate in providing feedback for functional improvements.

What is the New Product "Jisseki Hanchou X"?

▲ Operational image of on-site performance registration and real-time progress tracking in the newly released cloud system "Jisseki Hanchou X"

"Jisseki Hanchou X" is an on-site DX tool that can be started today. With simple operations such as tapping on devices like tablets and smartphones on the spot, manufacturing performance can be collected without burdening the site. It eliminates the need for the extensive server preparation and installation work that has been associated with system introductions in the past, and can be used immediately as long as there is a network environment. It realizes operation start in a short period with only minimal master settings, without requiring the long-term introduction process such as requirements definition, design, add-on development, and on-site testing, which are often performed during system introduction. It is a performance collection system for manufacturing sites that instantly visualizes "what is happening now" on site, graduating from analog management using paper or whiteboards.

Background of Development: A Challenge to Break Through the "System Introduction Barrier" Born from Over 40 Years of On-Site Experience and the Voices of Hundreds of Companies

Since our founding in 1984, we have consistently been close to manufacturing sites for over 40 years, listening to the actual conditions of various site-specific rules and operations. "Jisseki Hanchou", our manufacturing execution system (MES) adopted by over 100 factories, is a system that forms the foundation for improving productivity by managing on-site performance through flexible system construction tailored to the 100 unique production sites and diverse equipment integration, and has earned high trust.

On the other hand, from the hundreds of companies whose sites we have spoken with through exhibitions and introduction consultations, we have received many earnest voices such as, "We want to advance digitization, but the initial investment burden is too large to proceed with introduction," and "We are interested in DX, but we are concerned about operations because we do not have dedicated IT personnel."

In reality, it is difficult to take the first step towards introduction for highly advanced on-premise systems due to their investment scale and operational burden. As a result, companies cannot escape from management using paper or whiteboards, and a "system introduction barrier" still exists for sites pursuing simple manufacturing.

In fact, public documents (※) also indicate that labor shortages and the lack of digital talent to promote DX are major social issues, and digital utilization to improve productivity with limited personnel is shown as an important theme.

Therefore, under the concept of "Simply Digitize the Manufacturing Site," we developed the new product "Jisseki Hanchou X" with reduced introduction hurdles, driven by the desire to break through these social issues and the on-site "system introduction barrier" and to support site improvements.

Based on the know-how cultivated through over 100 implementations, we offer it as an easy-to-start cloud-based performance collection system, carefully selecting "functions truly needed" that can only be known by those who thoroughly understand the site.

1. Easy Introduction Steps to Start Immediately

This product allows for immediate use in a short period from the decision to introduce, and smooth on-site digitization, through the simple 3 steps of "【1】Connect" to the network environment, "【2】Prepare" by creating production instructions and performing minimal master registration, and "【3】Register" by tapping on the on-site terminal.

2. "Site-First" Screen Design That Allows Operation Without Hesitation

It adopts a thorough "site-first" screen design, including large buttons that are easy to press even with work gloves on and intuitive procedure displays, allowing operation without hesitation even at sites without dedicated IT personnel.

3. Real-time Progress Management That Eliminates Back-and-Forth with the Site

By simply tapping buttons at the start and end of work, on-site progress and abnormalities are instantly digitized, eliminating the time and effort of manual writing, collection, transcription, and aggregation using paper daily reports and whiteboards, which have always troubled on-site leaders and production management staff. The situation can be instantly grasped and visualized from a remote office through the management screen.

Details such as product features, actual operation screen images, and introduction flow are available on the official Jisseki Hanchou X website.
