[Next-Generation Project Created with Students] cheero Earcuff-Type Wireless Earphones x OCA Osaka Design & Technology College Collaboration Design Now on Sale

T.R.A. Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Representative Director: Toru Higashi) will launch the "Wireless Open Earphones Smart Pro OCA Edition" (Model Number: CHE-647-OC), a collaboration model with OCA Osaka Design & Technology College, on June 30, 2026 (Tue) at noon. This model features open-ear wireless earphones designed to be worn like an earcuff.

To commemorate the launch, a special price of 4,230 yen (tax included) will be offered until noon on July 7, 2026 (Tue), down from the regular retail price of 4,980 yen (tax included).

< About the Collaboration >

This project is an initiative to expand the possibilities of new designs through the free ideas of students.

In their classes, students conceived the main body colors and package designs for the collaboration model. Each student created design proposals based on their own concepts, and the selected designs from a competition will be commercialized.

Collaboration with Design Students

Students from the Graphic Design program at OCA Osaka Design & Technology College proposed package designs and main body colors through a competition, and three of these designs have been commercialized! These special designs embody the students' unique ideas and concepts, focusing on the "gentle wearing comfort" and "sense of freedom without pressure" of the earphones.

Package Designs Expressing Individual Worlds

The package designs express the unique worlds created by each student's sensibility. They were produced through repeated trial and error with the thought, "How do we want the person who picks this up to feel?" Each package is finished with the individual personality and message of the students.

Concepts Packed with Dedication

Baby Blue

"Baby Blue," inspired by a sky with fluffy clouds floating by. It expresses the natural and gentle comfort of the earphones through the sky and clouds. The intention is to add a cute accent to everyday life, allowing users to feel happy and pleased while listening to their favorite sounds.

Marigold

"MARIGOLD," an accent color that makes you feel like you've stepped into a movie. Just by being there, the orange color, as if under a spotlight, gives you energy. This color is intended to add vibrancy to everyday life.

Tsubaki

"TSUBAKI," which combines retro and pop aesthetics. The muted tones and bright, vibrant red exquisitely express both retro and pop elements. It adds flair to the face area, decorating everyday life with a look that is both unique and blends well with the skin. The wish is that just by seeing it, one can feel as vibrant as a blooming camellia.

Comfortable Open Design That Doesn't Block Your Ears

These are open-type wireless earphones that can be worn like an earcuff. They offer a pressure-free experience and are comfortable for long periods of use. They naturally incorporate ambient sounds, allowing you to clearly hear conversations and environmental noises even while wearing them.

*Playback and talk times may vary depending on the usage environment and connected devices. *IP65 is a water-drop resistant rating and does not protect against prolonged immersion. *Sweat contains salt, so wipe the earphones with a soft cloth frequently if they come into contact with sweat.

Equipped with a high-quality sound chip and 12mm drivers, these earphones deliver clearer and more pleasant sound than previous models. With multi-point support, they can connect to two devices simultaneously, allowing for comfortable switching between devices like smartphones and PCs.

With dust and water resistance equivalent to IP65, these earphones are protected from rain and splashes. The earphones alone offer up to approximately 8 hours of playback and about 6.5 hours of talk time, making them suitable for various everyday situations.
