The current contract period for the support center operations is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. ■ Outline of Hyogo Prefecture's Encounter Support Center Operations (Excerpt) (1) Objective To support marriage throughout society as a countermeasure against the declining birthrate, specifically 'unmarried and late marriages,' by utilizing the company's matching system currently operated by Hyogo Prefecture to create opportunities for men and women to meet and encourage them towards marriage. In addition, by stationing 'Marriage Support Concierges' with specialized knowledge in marriage support, the aim is to improve the quality of initiatives across the prefecture through advice and support for municipal marriage support projects. (2) Scope of Work ① 'Hyogo Encounter Support Center' Operations - Center management - Recruitment and registration of members and proper management of data - Provision of individual matchmaking opportunities and personalized support - Hosting of encounter events, marriage power-up seminars, on-site marriage consultations, and registration consultation sessions - Support for encounter events hosted by 'Ai Sapo Oendan' (Supporter Group) - Public relations activities, website operation and maintenance, information provision and collection - Tracking of marriage success rates - Inquiry and consultation response - Reporting on operational status and policies - Other services related to encounter support projects ② 'Marriage Support Concierge' Operations - Deployment of Marriage Support Concierges - Collaboration and consultation with prefectural municipalities, companies, and local organizations - Business reporting ③ Implementation of training sessions for marriage support volunteers and others active in Hyogo Prefecture. ■ For Regional Revitalization Our company believes that public-private cooperation in regional revitalization and declining birthrate countermeasures leads to the realization of a sustainable society, and we aim to utilize the knowledge and expertise of our marriage counseling services for regional revitalization as much as possible.
