A controversial work depicting underground human resource management is getting a stage adaptation. The stage play 'Naughty Management Skills' is based on the book of the same name, which was also adapted into a TV drama. Set in a sex industry shop with a female teacher concept, it depicts the reality of realistic management conducted on the front lines. The cast brings together young actors, including Daiki Kato, who was active as a professional tennis player until the age of 22. It features a diverse lineup including Ryunosuke Kashimata, who won the Photogenic Award at the 36th Junon Superboy Contest; Keishi Togashi, who expands his activities to the stage after appearing in Kamen Rider; and Ryutaro Fujiwara (finalist of the 38th Junon Superboy Contest), who will be making his stage debut. The female cast includes Yu Umino, who acts in visual works, and Aru Minamikawa, who is also active as a musical artist.
