For 13 years, Seiha Dance Academy has brought the "joy of moving one's body" and the "pleasure of expression" to children nationwide. Centered on dance education aimed at supporting early childhood development, we have expanded our schools nationwide. Leveraging the unique educational methods and teaching know-how cultivated during this time, we will now deliver the value of dance not only to children but also to a wider range of generations.

In the modern era, often called the age of 100-year lifespans, interest in extending healthy lifespans, refreshing mind and body, and new hobbies is increasing year by year. On the other hand, we often hear voices such as "I want to start exercising but don't know where to begin" or "I'm interested in dance but anxious as a beginner."

The adult dance program launching now is designed to meet these needs, thoroughly offering a program that even beginners can join with confidence. Starting with simple steps to move the body to the rhythm, we provide a curriculum that can be continued without strain. We have created an environment where everyone can enjoy at their own pace, regardless of age or experience.

Going forward, Seiha Dance Academy will not limit itself to dance merely as exercise but will emphasize the "joy of expression."
