The Seidai Group has consistently pursued comfortable living spaces for families through its housing business.

This accommodation business is the Seidai Group's first initiative to offer the value of "home" in a new form, accommodation, by leveraging the design and space creation expertise cultivated in its housing business.

In recent years, the demand for whole-house rental inns where families and groups can stay and experience travel as if living there has been increasing. As a new business to meet such needs, we have launched an accommodation business that utilizes the housing development philosophy unique to a housing company.

We aim for an inn that is like "another home" where guests can enjoy meals, converse, and create memories with family and friends in a space where they can relax as if they were at home.

Renovated a House Approximately 40 Years Old into a Comfortable Stay Space from a Housing Company's Perspective

We have transformed a building previously used as a residence into a space with new value as a whole-house rental inn.

An approximately 40-year-old used house was renovated and reborn as a whole-house rental inn from the perspective unique to a housing company.

"Anri Higashi Kenrokumachi" is the Seidai Group's first accommodation facility, created by purchasing a used house approximately 40 years old and renovating it into a whole-house rental inn.

While utilizing the housing development know-how cultivated so far to create new value for the building, we aimed to create an inn that would serve as a catalyst for people to visit the region. While preserving the charm of the existing house, we reviewed the floor plan, facilities, and daily living flow, regenerating it into a comfortable stay space from the unique perspective of a housing company.

The interior design is based on warm beige and brown tones, with subtle Japanese elements such as cedar lattice doors and tatami spaces. Instead of the ornate decorations of a hotel, we pursued comfort and convenience during the stay, allowing families and friends to leisurely enjoy "time doing nothing."

Well-Equipped for Stays Like Living at Home

The spacious approximately 100m2 area includes a sofa space and a dining kitchen, allowing families and groups to relax comfortably.

Equipped with cooking facilities such as an IH stove, refrigerator, and oven toaster, the ability to bring back fresh ingredients purchased from Omicho Market and enjoy cooking with family and friends is also a unique charm of a whole-house rental.

There are three bedrooms (7 beds), with a floor plan that respects privacy even for group travel. The bathroom features LIXIL's system bath "Spage," where you can slowly relax and heal your travel fatigue in the spacious bathtub.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a drum-type washing machine and various amenities, allowing for a comfortable stay for both short and medium-to-long terms, even if you travel light.
