Kazunori Kuno, Globally Renowned Advocate of "Feedforward®," Appointed Executive Vice President of Step Golf Co., Ltd.!

Step Golf Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Takanobu Enomoto; hereinafter, Step Golf) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kazunori Kuno as its new Executive Vice President.

Mr. Kuno is a coach and business owner who has mastered the cutting-edge "Cognitive Coaching™" based on cognitive science and is working to popularize his self-developed brands "CEO Coaching®," "Gold Vision® Method," and "Feedforward®."

He has coaching experience with thousands of individuals, ranging from executives and presidents of top-tier companies to athletes active overseas, as well as housewives, office workers, and salaried employees. At the same time, he is also a shrewd business owner managing multiple companies. His abilities are highly regarded overseas, and he serves as an organizer for TEDx, the regional version of the global conference "TED," held in front of Tokyo Station and Marunouchi, and is the host of TEDxMarunouchi.

Until now, he has participated in management as an outside director, but at this timing, as Step Golf enters its second founding period, he will take on an even more important role.

Last year, Step Golf, celebrating its 13th anniversary, surpassed an unprecedented 100,000 members, becoming the world's largest indoor golf school. The number of hitting bays nationwide exceeds 800, and the number of stores exceeds 150 (as of May 2026, including stores in preparation for opening).

Currently, further scale expansion is underway, with area FC partner contracts for 150-bay scale progressing. Amidst this, further improvement of the internal organization and strengthening of management have become urgent issues.

With Mr. Kuno, who has held management positions in many top-tier companies and manages multiple companies himself, officially joining as Executive Vice President, internal governance will be further strengthened. A system is now in place to strive towards goals such as "creating one million golfers" and "making Japanese society even more Well-being."
