Miyagawa, the representative, moved to Spain alone at age 10 and signed with the Atlético Madrid youth academy (cantera). He has a background of playing in Spain for about six years until he was 16. "Sutedori Media" is a development media into which all his experience—a soccer perspective cultivated in one of the world's leading development environments, knowledge from his JFA certified coach license acquired after returning to Japan, and the track record of his company producing 13 professional contracts—has been poured.

The Atlético Madrid cantera is known as one of the world's leading youth development institutions. Rui Miyagawa, the representative, moved to Spain at age 10 and experienced daily training, matches, and life in Spain until he was 16 in this environment.

"In the Spanish development scene, not only techniques but also 'the ability to think' is thoroughly trained. Where to position yourself, when to release the ball, why that decision was made—a reason is required for everything. This experience forms the foundation of my current soccer perspective," says Miyagawa.

After returning to Japan, Miyagawa obtained a JFA Certified C-License Coach qualification and established StayDream Group in 2024. He has realized 13 professional contracts in four countries through his overseas study support business. However, what he keenly felt while sending players abroad was the challenge of "information disparity in youth development."

"To raise players who can succeed overseas, the pre-study stage—that is, the development environment in Japan—is critically important. However, for parents, reliable sources of information for choosing schools, daily practice, nutrition, and mental care are truly scarce. So I thought I should create one myself," says Miyagawa.
