(formerly Knie Co., Ltd.; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shigeki Yamaguchi; hereinafter 'Fortience').

[Background and Overview]
As the evolution of AI significantly impacts corporate management, the role of CFOs (Chief Financial Officers) and CFO organizations is also undergoing a major transformation. This project aims to discuss and organize the advancement of CFO functions in the AI era with CFOs and experts from various industries, and to implement a model for the future CFO function.
To launch the project, a 'Working Group (Paid Study Group)' will be held five times, inviting CFOs and financial leaders to discuss from various perspectives.

The working group will deepen discussions on the following themes:
- Redefinition of CFO Functions: Discuss new areas CFOs should explore, including both financial and non-financial domains, and pursue the ideal image of CFO functions.
- Identification of Advanced Themes: Visualize the processes of target operations and define the specific scope for the working group.
- Advancement of Analysis and Decision-Making: Discuss AI utilization strategies for target operations.
- CFO Data Strategy: Explain data collection and control methods to achieve functional advancement.
- Implementation Model (Organization, Governance, Roadmap): Organize and systematize the CFO organization, governance, and roadmap for the AI era.
