Jatco Announces Changes to Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members

Jatco Ltd. (President: Tomoyoshi Sato, Headquarters: Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture), a manufacturer of automatic transmissions (AT/CVT) for automobiles and powertrains for electric vehicles, announces the new structure of its Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members, effective on the date of the 27th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2026, based on the resolutions passed at the meeting.

Board of Directors

Kazuhiko Murata has been appointed as a Director.

Toshiya Miki has been appointed as a Director (Part-time).

Seiji Honda has retired as Chairman of the Board.

There are no changes to the Audit & Supervisory Board structure.

The new structure for Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members is as shown in the attached document.
