Shingo Gokan: Bartender, Founder of SG Group

Participated in and won the world's top bartender competition as a US representative in 2012. Received the International Bartender of the Year award in 2017, often called the Academy Awards of the bar industry. Holds the most awards in The World’s / Asia’s / North America’s 50 Best Bars. In recent years, he has collaborated with domestic breweries to release shochu, liqueurs, and spirits suitable for bars, and is actively working to spread "Kokushu" (Japanese traditional alcoholic beverages) to the world. Currently active in Tokyo, New York, Madrid, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Okinawa.

Kazuya Morisaki: Owner Bartender, "SAVOY hommage" in Kobe (Hanakumacho) and "BAR THE TIME" in Nishinomiya (Kurakuen)

Inheriting the DNA of Kobe's long-established bar "SAVOY," he currently manages two establishments.

He has participated in numerous competitions over many years. Won the NBA National Bartender Skills Competition Overall Championship in 2021, the IBA World Cocktail Championship Long Cocktail Division in 2022, and the Suntory The Cocktail Award 2024. He also expands his activities in various fields, including guest shifts, product development support for companies, and cocktail recipe proposals.
