Yebisu Meets Okinawan Ingredients

YEBISU BAR, which proposes the world of 'marriage between Yebisu and cuisine' through dishes crafted to complement the distinctive flavors of draft Yebisu beers, has been collaborating with prefectures across Japan to promote regional ingredients through dining experiences. As part of this effort, YEBISU BAR is teaming up with Okinawa Prefecture to launch the 'Fukunokami Nippon Food Expedition Okinawa Fair.'

Okinawa Prefecture boasts a unique culinary culture shaped by its rich history, sun-kissed island vegetables, and abundant marine products nurtured in its beautiful seas. Enjoy carefully selected local specialties such as Okinawa's premium branded pork 'Agū pork,' bitter melon (goya), sea grapes (umi-budō), and mozuku seaweed, all paired perfectly with Yebisu beer.
