Sapporo Beer Co., Ltd., a group company of Sapporo Holdings Co., Ltd., will launch "Travelogue," a beer developed based on customer ideas, to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of its brand experience hub "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO." The beer will be available in limited quantities exclusively at the hub starting Saturday, April 4th.
"Travelogue" was developed with the goal of creating "a drink that makes everyone smile," based on approximately 600 future beer ideas proposed by customers during the "YEBISU ∞ JOURNEY" participatory tour, which began last April. It is a yuzu mint ale characterized by the fresh aroma of yuzu, delicate bitterness, and the refreshing coolness of mint, creating a light and pleasant lingering taste perfect for spring.
Furthermore, this beer uses "Regenova" barley malt, cultivated through regenerative agriculture to reduce environmental impact. As YEBIS, with over 135 years of history, we are committed to looking towards the future of beer culture and will continue to advance such environmentally conscious initiatives.
We invite you to enjoy "Travelogue," a special brew crafted together with our customers, at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO as we celebrate its 2nd anniversary.
With over 135 years of history, YEBIS continues to pursue the possibilities of beer, aiming to bring positive change to the world by satisfying customers' hearts and enhancing their drive to move forward.

Comment from Ryota Arimoto, Chief Experience Brewer overseeing beer offerings at "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO":
"Travelogue" is a beer to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO. It was developed based on the approximately 600 future beer ideas we received from customers during the special tour "YEBISU ∞ JOURNEY," which began last April. Thank you for proposing so many attractive ideas.
Based on the ideas considered across various themes, we aimed for "a drink that makes everyone smile," brewing it with a spring-like design that allows you to enjoy the aroma of yuzu, its bitterness, and the refreshing coolness of mint. Furthermore, to ensure that everyone can enjoy beer in the future, we used "Regenova" barley malt cultivated through regenerative agriculture with consideration for the environment.
We are delighted to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO with this beer, spun together with all of you.

■What is YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO?
Opened in April 2024, it is an YEBIS brand experience hub located in Ebisu, the birthplace of YEBIS beer, complete with a brewing facility. It consists of three areas: a museum where visitors can learn about the "roots" of YEBIS, the "present" brewery where one can experience the story of beer being brewed right now, and the "future" taproom where visitors can enjoy beers made at the brewery while creating new relationships between beer and customers. At "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO," visitors can enjoy original YEBIS beers made here that can only be tasted here, while experiencing the unique character and story of the YEBIS brand, which has over 135 years of history.
