CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced the launch of Project QuiltWorks, a cross-industry ecosystem of partners dedicated to evaluating, prioritizing, and continuously remediating production code vulnerabilities detected by frontier AI models. Participants include Accenture, EY, IBM Cybersecurity Services, Kroll, OpenAI, and CrowdStrike.

Frontier AI models are increasingly revealing logic bugs, design flaws, and new exploit paths that evade traditional scanners, significantly shortening the window between discovery and exploitation. To counter this, CrowdStrike also introduced the Frontier AI Readiness and Resilience Service.

Key pillars of the initiative: - Evaluation: Expert review of current security programs and remediation capabilities. - Model Deployment: AI-powered scanning of applications and codebases to detect exploitable vulnerabilities. - Risk Prioritization: Ranking findings based on exploitability, adversary activity, and business impact, beyond simple CVSS scores. - Remediation: Guided remediation and executive-level reporting to translate findings into actionable insights.

"Project QuiltWorks is the mechanism for the industry to come together and provide the answers every board needs," said George Kurtz, CEO and Founder of CrowdStrike.
