Developed based on research from Dentsu Soken and Koozyt, this survey is supervised by Prof. Toshiyuki Yasui of Musashino University and Prof. Yoshikuni Edagawa of Ritsumeikan University. It identifies a 'Workplace Well-being Structure' based on a market survey of 1,600 professionals. Using 'CALC' causal analysis technology, it visualizes mechanisms such as how trust leads to creativity. It also features 'Well-being Bouquet,' visualizing organization status through colors, and 'Insight Dialogue,' a survey tool that turns responses into self-reflection time.

2. Intervention and Behavioral Change Support via AI Coach
The 'AI Coach,' co-developed by Dentsu Soken and Koozyt, provides appropriate interventions tailored to each employee's status. Acting as a dedicated corporate coach and an AI partner, it helps create a healthier work environment.
