Caterpillar Japan LLC (Representative Executive Officer: Shigeru Hiruma) will exhibit at the 8th International Construction & Surveying Exhibition (CSPI 2026), to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Caterpillar’s exhibition focuses on solving critical challenges at construction sites—such as labor shortages, safety concerns, and productivity improvement—through the lens of "Maximizing Value × Advanced Technology × Workstyles."

This year’s booth is themed around the message: "Solving our customers’ toughest challenges." By leveraging digital technology as a key differentiator and working closely with customers, Caterpillar will showcase advanced technologies and service solutions that lead the way in achieving this goal.

【Main Highlights】

* Remote Operation Demo: 'Cat® Command Station'

At the indoor booth, visitors can experience a live demonstration of the 'Cat Command Station,' remotely operating construction machinery located at the Chichibu D-Tech Center in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, directly from the Makuhari Messe venue. This hands-on experience showcases the potential of remote construction. For the first time in Japan, Caterpillar will unveil a new video system for the Cat Command Station that maximizes video quality based on real-time network conditions.

* Hydraulic Excavators and Labor-Saving Solutions

The 320 Hydraulic Excavator on display will demonstrate how Caterpillar addresses key site challenges such as safety, productivity, and schedule adherence. The exhibition will also introduce labor-saving and high-efficiency construction solutions compatible with i-Construction standards.

* Making Site DX Visible: Cat Technologies

Caterpillar will showcase 'VisionLink™,' a technology that contributes to improved equipment management, productivity, and safety. VisionLink™ supports customers in operating more efficiently, effectively, and safely, even on job sites of any scale with mixed fleets from various manufacturers. Additionally, machine technologies such as 'Cat Grade 3D,' 'Cat Detect,' and 'Cat Payload' will be displayed, illustrating how they enhance safety and productivity on construction sites.

* Service Solutions and Rebuilding

Through the display of a D5N Bulldozer rebuilt after 20 years of continuous field operation, visitors can experience the value that only Caterpillar can deliver: minimizing environmental impact while maximizing long-term equipment value.

Alongside this, Caterpillar will introduce service solutions designed to minimize downtime and achieve "never-stop job sites," including CVA contracts with service commitments.

Additionally, Cat Financial will launch a new service: 'Cat Credits.' These credits, awarded as customer rewards, can be used for various payments to dealers (excluding vehicle purchases).

* Outdoor Demonstrations

Visitors can also observe live demonstrations of the 308 CR and 315 Hydraulic Excavators equipped with genuine Cat Tilt Rotators, showcasing their contribution to improved on-site work efficiency. These machines are certified by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as 'Labor-Saving Construction Equipment.' With 40-degree tilt and 360-degree rotation capabilities, they enable highly flexible movements. Furthermore, the 265 Compact Track Loader, equipped with a 'Smart Dozer Blade,' will demonstrate intuitive operation via the machine’s work tool levers and monitor, performing precise dozing and grading operations.
