The 'Baker & Barista' series was developed with the concept of 'shortbread that pairs well with coffee.' Bakers conducted extensive research to perfect a shortbread that truly complements coffee. The product's background lies in Millers' cherished manufacturing process in Ashbourne, England, which began by inheriting the Spencer family's long-loved bakery. The facility is still called a 'bakery,' where artisans continue a hands-on approach under the 'BAKED BY HAND' philosophy. The shortbread uses an all-butter, single-origin flavor recipe with wheat and rice flour, slow-baked at low temperatures for a crisp yet melt-in-your-mouth texture that resists crumbling when dipped in coffee. The flavor lineup includes: 1. **Belgian Double Chocolate**: Made with Belgian dark chocolate chips and melted 95% cacao dark chocolate for a deep flavor. 2. **Bourbon Vanilla**: Features organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar for a rich, creamy aroma. 3. **Morello Sour Cherry**: Uses Morello cherries, which are dried and candied to concentrate their flavor.
