What is Chiikawa?
"Chiikawa" is a manga series by illustrator Nagano, originally posted on X (formerly Twitter). It tells the fun, sad, and sometimes tough daily stories of the always-earnest Chiikawa and his unique friends, Hachiware and Usagi. It has a wide range of merchandise, collaboration cafes, and corporate collaborations. Kodansha has released up to 8 volumes of the book "Chiikawa Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu." Also, the TV anime "Chiikawa" has been broadcast on Mezamashi TV (Fuji TV network) since April 2022. "Chiikawa the Movie: Secret of the Mermaid Island" is scheduled to be released in Summer 2026.
