About the Leaders & Hiring Leaders SUMMIT 2026

The "Leaders & Hiring Leaders SUMMIT 2026" is an online conference focused on budget allocation in hiring activities. For companies whose annual recruitment investment reaches tens of millions of yen, deciding how to distribute budgets across channels—such as media, staffing agencies, recruitment outsourcing, and systems—has become a critical strategic decision.

Yet, few companies are able to clearly design investment decisions that directly lead to hiring outcomes.

This conference offers executives and hiring leaders facing recruitment challenges an opportunity to reflect on their own hiring investments, drawing on frontline insights and real-world case studies across various domains.

We will deliver practical perspectives across recruitment strategy, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and hiring initiatives—perspectives you can apply to your next strategic move.

Re-evaluating How You Spend Your Recruitment Budget—From a Strategic Perspective

Increasing recruitment spending doesn’t always lead to better results. Recruitment involves multiple funnel stages—applications, interview bookings, selection pass rates, offer acceptance rates, retention, and performance. To identify which initiatives are underperforming and where to invest, you need a holistic view of the entire recruitment process, not just isolated tactics.

This conference encourages rethinking recruitment budgets not in terms of "how much to spend," but "where and why to allocate." We’ll deliver actionable insights for companies treating hiring ROI as a core business challenge—insights you can apply to shape recruitment strategies for the coming years.
