In recent years, with the spread of remote work and flexible work, it has become an era where not only 'where to work' but also 'how to work' is questioned. Meanwhile, issues related to workers' conditions, such as fatigue, stress, and decreased concentration due to long hours of desk work, have become apparent.

SaunaMetsa believes that both time focused on work and time to refresh the mind and body lead to high-quality performance, and thus launches the weekday-only plan 'Sauna Work Free Time', which allows you to use the sauna and spa between work.

Focus on work, reset in the sauna when stuck, then face work again. This plan proposes such a new working style.

'Sauna Work Free Time' is a weekday-only plan that allows you to use the sauna and spa any number of times while using the in-house workspace.

Concentrate on work in a work booth, and when you feel stuck, head to the sauna or bath. The unique saunas and ultra-soft water baths reset your head and body, organizing thoughts and drawing out new ideas and concentration. The biggest feature of this plan is the freedom to move back and forth between time focused on work and time to refresh the mind and body.

Additionally, free-time users will be lent in-house wear from conditioning brand 'TENTIAL', and amenities such as ReFa hair dryers, hair irons, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and skincare items are fully provided.

SaunaMetsa Oimachi Tracks is an urban recovery spa that opened on March 28, 2026 (Saturday) on the 4th floor of 'Oimachi Tracks', a complex directly connected to JR Oimachi Station.

It features Japan's first 'Tram Sauna', the 'Wolly Kero Sauna' which lavishly uses kero wood (called 'phantom wood') from seating to walls, and the women-only 'Woven Sauna' enveloped in forest and herb scents and pleasant heat.

In the bath area, three contrast baths ('warm-warm', 'warm-cold', 'cold-cold') are available, and ultra-soft water is used from showers to bathtubs. Combined with the sauna, it deeply refreshes mind and body.
