Office Navi to Relocate Osaka Headquarters and Sapporo Branch in July

"From office search to office creation" Office Navi Inc. (Tokyo Headquarters: NBF Akasaka Sanno Square 4F, 2-2-12 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Nobuyuki Kanemoto), which provides one-stop office consulting, will be relocating its Osaka Headquarters and Sapporo Branch.

Our company is an office consulting firm that handles everything from office brokerage to interior design, planning, and construction. We have applied the know-how we provide to our clients to our own offices, and since 2021, we have been proceeding with office renewals and relocations based on our own designs at six locations nationwide.

The Osaka Headquarters and Sapporo Branch, which are now relocating, were also planned and designed in-house, and have been renovated into offices aimed at activating communication and improving workability. By practicing what we have cultivated through office creation, we will continue to pursue the creation of better working environments.

The Osaka Headquarters will move from the 21st floor to the 15th floor of Osaka Ekimae Dai 4 Building and will commence operations on July 1, 2026 (Wed). The Sapporo Branch will move to the 8th floor of "THE VILLAGE SAPPORO" and will commence operations on July 9, 2026 (Thu).

The new Osaka Headquarters was designed as a "live office" that connects employees, clients, and the company to navigate the future, with the concept of "Human × Office = Future." As a place to embody and communicate the ideal offices and future ways of working that Office Navi has proposed, we aimed for a space where employees and visitors can naturally explore the office and encounter values and ideas. The theme of the spatial design is "Flowing, Connecting." The Office Navi-like initiatives and messages scattered throughout the office form a single flow, creating mechanisms that connect people to people, people to companies, and people to the future. Furthermore, by balancing work, interaction, and refreshment spaces that accommodate diverse working styles, we have promoted natural communication among employees and created a place where customers and job seekers can experience the future of work.

Concept: "Yui SAPPORO - A Hub Connecting Trust and the Future" Design Based on Corporate Colors

Meanwhile, the Sapporo Branch was planned with the concept of "Yui SAPPORO - A Hub Connecting Trust and the Future." Echoing Sapporo's grid-like urban structure, the space embodies the role of a "junction point" where people, companies, and the local community intersect. Our aim was to create an office as a starting point for generating new value, not just connecting landlords, tenants, and partner companies, but by connecting them with trust. The layout is structured with a flow from the entrance welcoming visitors, opening up the view, where people stop, interaction is born, and naturally expands outwards. The materials incorporate textures reminiscent of Sapporo's symbolic red brick landscape, and the red that colors the space overlaps the gentle Hokkaido sunset falling on the earth with Office Navi's corporate color. Additionally, the sparkle of metal, like light scattering, reminiscent of the white snow and the sea surface, expresses the movement of value cultivated in Sapporo spreading both within and outside Hokkaido.
