In 2026, Nagoya Kanko Hotel (1-19-30 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya) will launch "Nagoya Meshi Shokudou Maruhachi Fushimi Bettei," a new culinary destination featuring popular Nagoya cuisine restaurants, in September 2026. Centered on the concept "Weaving time, crafting the future ~Bridging the past, building the future.~", this project marks a significant addition to the hotel's offerings. Nagoya Kanko Hotel (1-90-30 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya)

Nagoya Kanko Hotel originated in 1928, initiated by the president of the Nagoya Rotary Club, who advocated for an internationally-class hotel in Nagoya. Led by the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, plans for the hotel began, and it officially opened on December 16, 1936. In December 1972, the new wing opened as an imposing international-class hotel, then the tallest in Nagoya at 81.5 meters. The hotel will celebrate its 90th anniversary on December 16, 2026.
