Menya Inoichi (Operated by: SFP Diners Co., Ltd. / Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which has honed its dashi culture in Kyoto and is loved by customers both domestically and internationally, will hold its second one-night pop-up event in collaboration with bakery cafe Parklet Bakery, ahead of its first store opening in Kagurazaka, Tokyo, scheduled for early August 2026.
[Event Date and Time] July 14, 2026 (Tue) 18:30–21:30
The event will take place at Meiji Park Market, a community food hall within the Tokyo Metropolitan Meiji Park (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), offering a special culinary experience from two brands that approach ingredients with dedication in their respective fields of ramen and bakery.
Following the overwhelming success and long queues of the first event, the second installment is realized due to popular demand.
In the first collaboration event held last year, a limited-edition menu born from mutual admiration for each other's craftsmanship attracted an unexpectedly large number of visitors.
The limited collaboration bakery sold out instantly upon release, leaving many customers who had been looking forward to it unable to purchase.
In response to the warm feedback and strong requests from everyone, this highly anticipated second event will be held at "Meiji Park Market," where Parklet Bakery also has a presence.
Menya Inoichi's signature bowl, made with 100% seafood dashi honed in Kyoto, and a limited-edition bakery developed by Parklet exclusively for this event.
Following the success of the previous event, we are proceeding with thorough planning to deliver its appeal to a wider audience.
Event-Exclusive Menu Items
[Menya Inoichi] Kyoto's Dashi Culture Embodied in a Clear Soup
The soup, made with "100% seafood dashi," is characterized by its clear, transparent appearance, achieved by slowly extracting carefully selected bonito flakes at low temperatures without using any animal fats.
This time, the popular "Seared Wagyu Soba," where the rich flavor of meat melds with the delicate dashi, will also be specially offered.

Enjoy a Special Day with Limited Collaboration Bakery & Craft Beer
Inspired by Menya Inoichi's signature bowl, Parklet Bakery will offer limited-edition baked goods created exclusively for this event.
We have prepared a special lineup for this day only, including collaboration bread using Menya Inoichi's special chashu, born from the sincere approach of both brands to their craft.
Furthermore, at "Baby J's," a specialty store for buttermilk fried chicken sandwiches located within the same food hall, two types of tap beers will be available to pair with the event-exclusive food.
Brands that share the value of "maximizing the appeal of ingredients," even in different genres, gather to deliver a one-night culinary experience.
Please enjoy this special encounter, available only here, at the venue.
