Ecolocity to Officially Introduce a New Workstyle System in April 2026

Introduction of Hourly Paid Leave In addition to full-day and half-day paid leave, employees will be able to take paid leave in one-hour increments. This enables flexible time management for personal needs such as medical appointments, childcare, nursing care, and family events, supporting better balance between work and personal life. 3. Introduction of a Flextime System The company will shift from a fixed working-hours system to a flextime system that manages working hours on a monthly basis. By setting core hours, employees will be able to freely adjust their daily start and end times, promoting efficient and self-directed workstyles.
