The bay-view hotel Mercure Yokosuka will host the "Summer Gourmet Fair 2026 ~Sunset in Hawaii~" at its 20th-floor special venue, the Sky Banquet, from Thursday, July 16, to Saturday, August 29, 2026.

This limited-time dinner event is part of the hotel's larger "ALOHA! Hawaii Fair 2026," which begins on July 1. In collaboration with the sweet roll brand KING'S HAWAIIAN, founded in Hilo, Hawaii in 1950, the event will offer the brand's officially recognized sliders and original Hawaiian sweet rolls in a buffet format.

With a buffet and unlimited drinks themed around a beautiful Hawaiian sunset, guests can experience a resort-like atmosphere. The 20th-floor venue offers a stunning view of Yokosuka Port overlooking Tokyo Bay.

The event's highlight is the "Mercure Yokosuka Limited Tropical Char Siu Slider," made with KING'S HAWAIIAN rolls. This original recipe, created by the hotel's chef and officially recognized by the brand, features juicy BBQ-flavored char siu pork paired with grilled pineapple.

### Hawaiian Food & Tropical Cocktails
The buffet will feature a variety of Hawaiian local foods, including salads made with fresh vegetables from the Miura Peninsula, lomi-lomi salmon, garlic shrimp, mochiko chicken, and huli-huli chicken.

A special feature is the traditional Hawaiian dish "Kalua Pork," faithfully recreated by the hotel's chef based on a recipe from a Hawaiian chef.
