Grand Mercure Nara Kashihara Offers Summer Family Vacation Plan: Half-Price for Elementary Students, Free for Preschoolers

Grand Mercure Nara Kashihara (Kume-cho, Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture; General Manager: Yusuke Kitaguchi), a convenient hotel for exploring the Asuka-Fujiwara historic area and Mount Yoshino, is launching a special stay plan featuring half-price rates for elementary school students and free stays for preschoolers to commemorate its 2nd anniversary and the opening of a new lounge.

From June 2026, the hotel will introduce seasonal dinner buffet menu items, including eel rice benedict with a Nara-zuke pickle accent and salt-grilled sweetfish (ayu). Furthermore, the restaurant terrace will be open for a limited time, the lounge will serve shaved ice and original drinks made with Nara ingredients, and a festival-themed 'en-nichi' event will be held during the Obon period, making it a perfect spot for family and multi-generational travel.
