Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, a premium lifestyle hotel under France’s Accor group, will relaunch its popular "Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Assorted Cookies" on Monday, June 1st.

Previously featured as a gift on the popular Nippon TV show "Gochi ni Narimasu! 26," these cookies have become a favorite for home tea times and as sophisticated presents. This update introduces four refreshed recipes, showcasing the delicate skills and playful creativity of the hotel’s pastry chefs.

### Upgraded Lineup
The recipe has been upgraded with a richer blend, utilizing more generous amounts of Hokkaido butter to enhance the flavor and texture of each ingredient. While maintaining fan favorites like "Florentines" and "Pecan," four new varieties have been added:

- **Sablé Feuille**: Uses "Morgentau" tea leaves from the German heritage brand Ronnefelt, featuring Chinese green tea, marigold, and bergamot. It offers a crumbly texture.
- **Sablé Rosé Fruit**: Uses Ronnefelt’s "Vital Grapefruit" tea leaves, with elegant notes of apple, grapefruit, and rosehip.
- **Galette Citron**: A thin, crispy sablé made with plenty of butter and lemon for a refreshing citrus aroma.
- **Diamant Cacao Noisette**: Made with cacao powder and hazelnuts, accented with the exotic scent of tonka beans.
