Epic 'Warrior' Event Coming to 'World of Tanks Modern Armor' for a Limited Time from May 12th

Wargaming announced that an all-new 'Warrior' event, where players step onto the battlefield with some of history's most formidable commanders, will be held in 'World of Tanks Modern Armor,' the tank action game developed and operated by the company for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, starting May 12th (Tuesday). Players can challenge the newly introduced 'Tournament Battles' and earn numerous rewards. This is a community-driven tournament where every battle holds significant meaning.

■ 'Warrior' Event Overview

From May 12th (Tuesday) to June 1st (Monday), Tank Commanders will choose one of four iconic military leaders selected from centuries of history—GEORG VON FRUNDABURG, MENG TIAN, MARCUS CLAUDIUS MARCELLUS, and MINAMOTO NO YOSHIIE—and join their faction.

In this three-week community event, players will choose a champion to ally with each week and deploy, with weekly winners clashing for supremacy in the final week.

Players should earn 'Honor' by completing battles and challenges. The warrior of the faction with the most 'Honor' will advance in the 'Tournament,' making every battle a step towards leading their champion to victory.

■ Four New Premium Vehicles Appear

Four new premium vehicles will be available to participate in the battles. Each vehicle is beautifully designed, reflecting the style of its corresponding champion.

'Reiter' is a post-war era medium tank with thick armor and high penetration, dominating the battlefield as a heavily armored behemoth. It's a vehicle that controls the front lines and never retreats.

'Hatamoto' is an Escalation Era medium tank equipped with an ATGM launcher and a 105mm gun. Quiet and stealthy, it takes high ground from long range, dealing fierce damage from above.

Unleashed from the East, 'Ruishi' is a Tier VIII tank destroyer boasting extremely aggressive speed. Supported by rocket boosters, its high penetration allows it to move quickly and deliver powerful blows, making it a dangerous predator.

'Praetor' is a fast Tier IX heavy tank, protected by thick armor and highly adaptable in combat. In addition to overwhelming damage, its 10 degrees of gun depression allow for new firing angles in battle, making it a formidable presence.

■ New Ultimate 2D and 3D Commanders

For the first time in 'World of Tanks Modern Armor,' players can acquire powerful Ultimate 2D Commanders corresponding to each of the four warriors, as well as new 3D Commanders.

Ultimate 2D Commanders come with all nine skill slots fully unlocked. These commanders can be obtained from 'Warrior War Chests,' while standard versions can be acquired through community challenges.

Additionally, the 'Warrior' event will feature a newly fully rendered 3D Commander, the Germanic Knight Commander 'Ulrich der Wieseljäger.'

■ 'Letters of Thanks' Return as 'War Seals'

In this event, 'Letters of Thanks' will reappear as 'War Seals.' Available online, players can send rewards and encouragement to their allies.
