The Impact Startup Association (ISA), which aims to achieve both "solving social issues" and "sustainable growth" and bring positive impact to society, will hold the career event "IMPACT CAREER NIGHT ~Utilize Your Career in 'Impact Startups' Challenging Social Issues~" offline only at X Bridge Yaesu (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) from 6:30 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. At this event, four executives from impact startups who are challenging to balance social issue resolution and business growth, along with an ISA director, will talk about the realities of the impact startup scene, the rewards of the job, and career perspectives. ISA was established on October 14, 2022, with the purpose of building an impact startup ecosystem and realizing a sustainable society. We conduct activities to create an environment where many positive-impact startups are born and continuously grow, collaborating with government, financial, and private sectors to create a better society. Currently, there are 325 impact startup companies that resonate with the association's purpose and are active as regular members, and 15 endorsing members, including Japanese and foreign companies, who support the expansion of the impact economy.
