Include Inc. Continues to Be Commissioned by Kobe City Board of Education for Rework Support for Teachers and Staff in FY2026

Include Inc. This project was initiated as part of the "Research Project on Mental Health Measures for Kobe City School Teachers" promoted by Mental Health Technologies Inc., a group company. Due to the recognized achievements in preventing re-absenteeism through past efforts, continuous support through a commissioned contract has been decided even after the conclusion of the research project. ■ Background and Overview of this Matter Include has played a role in tertiary prevention (prevention of re-absenteeism) within the "Research Project on Mental Health Measures for Kobe City School Teachers" promoted by its group company, Mental Health Technologies Inc., providing rework support to a total of 12 teachers and staff over two years from FY2024 to FY2025. The research project by Mental Health Technologies Inc. will conclude in FY2025, but due to the high evaluation by the Kobe City Board of Education of the collaborative achievements in rework support to date, it has been decided that Include's rework support will continue to be utilized as an independent commissioned contract from FY2026. ■ Services Provided: Initiatives in Online Rework For the Kobe City Board of Education, Include will primarily provide support centered on "Online Rework," which can be flexibly used regardless of location. ・Features of Include's Online Rework: It can be used from anywhere nationwide with a PC and internet environment, allowing employees on leave who find it difficult to commute to smoothly undergo rehabilitation for returning to work from home. ・Individualized Support: Short-term use of 1 to 3 months is possible, and quick initiation is available through online interviews with specialized staff. ・Relapse Prevention Program: We offer a phased program of four courses, from understanding one's own physical condition to analyzing the cause of leave and formulating relapse prevention measures. ■ Effects of Rework Support in Preventing Re-absenteeism Rework (return to work) aims not just for reinstatement but for "stable employment that continues without relapse."
